In 2016 we added a hybrid NetMeter + off-grid battery backup photo voltaic power system so we're not only selling power back to the grid but also protected if the grid goes down. In 2019 we did a major front yard upgrade (leveling, fencing, extending the concrete pad, lush landscaping) which we enjoy for every lunch and dinnertime.
