The other 3 one person bedrooms also have their own private baths and these roommates are undecided if they will take classes summer semester. Shared kitchen with granite counter tops, living room, washer/dryer, balcony, and private pool table. Rent is normally $875/month but I will subsidize the rent by paying $350/month when you sign the sublease with The Mark. Assuming lease through apartment management office.
