The kitchen includes a dishwasher and all appliances. **Deck The door leading to the deck has a doggie door installed, making the apartment suitable for a small dog or cat. The deck also features string lights and a built-in bar for entertaining. The string lights have an on switch located inside the house, and we installed an exterior electric outlet behind the bar, along with a spigot for easy cleaning and watering plants. **Laundry A washer and dryer are located in the coat closet, which greatly enhances convenience. **Additional Features The apartment boasts beautiful hardwood floors, and a pallet wall with shelving that is ideal for creating a mini office space, especially for those working from home. The bedroom includes a wooden modular headboard that divides the space and creates a pseudo walk-in closet (this can be removed and stored upon request). The move-in date is in June, and one month's security deposit is required, which will be returned in full upon moving out.
