Hello. I recently moved into this apartment. I am looking to potentially relocate closer to my job in Bedford. You could take over the room and the lease now, if the timing lines up with me finding an available place. I am also living in Boston temporarily, and will leave at the end of April to go back to school. So if someone wants to take over this lease for May - August, that is also on the table. I can honestly say this is a really great place with great roommates. Wonderful location, walkable/bike-able to public parks, fitness centers, bike path, grocery store, cafes, bars, etc. Street parking always available directly outside. Apartment is nice, fully furnished, new wood floors, great quality furniture & art. Appliances in good working condition, laundry & dryer in basement. Room is large with walk-in closet, 2 windows with screens & curtains. Apartment has lots of storage space- communal shelving, closets, 2 balconies, extra back hallway & basement. It is the top (3rd floor) of a building. I can potentially leave the bed & frame, shelves, table and chair in room, or remove them if preferable. It is relatively quiet. I can hear some street noise from my room, not much from the living room & kitchen. I am not from the city, but according to the current and past roommates who've lived in the boston area for a while, it's quieter than any other space they've lived in in the city- part of why I, and they, moved in. You will need to take over the lease, which ends august 31, 2026. Ability to sublease or transfer lease if needed. Landlords are responsive. They're never around, which is nice. This is a 1-month lease that I will pass over to you. It ends at the end of August. You may sublease or pass the lease along to someone else.

1 male, 34- works in a frame shop. 1 male, 26- in law school, musician. 1 female, 44- works at a non-profit for arts & community events. Everyone is nice, communicative, easy going, clean, respectful.
