*PETS: up to 2 pets allowed (dogs/cats only) upon approval of the condo board. Unfortunately, there is a non-refundable pet fee to be paid to the condo board upon move-in ($500 per pet). This isn't our decision, it's the condo board's.
*A non-refundable move fee of $140 is to be paid before the move to cover the cost of the Security Guard (3-hour maximum time to complete the move). If the move goes over the 3-hour window, a charge of $35.00 per hour will be charged by the Ower to the Tenant. Moves will not be booked until full payment is made. The resident must provide screenshot of payment to the administrative team.
