Please Read this entire posting before responding ** The Studio Available**Note: Although this is considered a roommate situation, the Studio is fully compartmentalized such that you will quite literally never have to interact with anyone else. - You would have your own full bathroom, own brand-new laundry (non-coin-op), own kitchenette, own separate entrance. The only thing you will not have is pets and cigarettes. - This is exactly like having your own studio apartment, except you will be classified as a roommate. - Walk-in California Closet Can be used a closet or an office.- Approximately 500 Sq. Ft.**The Roommate**- Non Smoker / Pet Eater- Hardly ever home: Works from 6am to 4pm. Gym from 4pm to 6pm.
