fixer upper- has new roof, new kitchen cabinets, new kitchen counters, new heating system- propane with outdoor tanks. needs trim, paint, and light fixtures in several places. kitchen crown moulding needs finished-have materials. bathroom tub/shower trim, and third floor bedroom needs flooring-paint-and a wall panel replaced. lived in for five years now and have done a ton of work, but as a single mom I cant keep up with the economy, two kids moved out, and its just me and the last one, so we need to downsize. for sale as is. heat is amazing, lots of flowers and things in the spring if you like to garden.
