The expansive deck is the perfect spot to sip your coffee or a cocktail while taking in the views and relaxing as the salt air and sunshine take your worries away. This cottage is sure to please, and is wonderfully decorated! It is just a short walk to Lowell's Cove beach which is amazing for swimming or launching a kayak from. Take it from us, this is a great swimming spot! It has some of the warmest ocean water in town! Enter the house through the mudroom and find yourself in the well-appointed, spacious kitchen. Continue on and you will come to the dining area that is open to the kitchen. A bit further down the hall is the first floor bedroom that offers glimpses into the cove, and a bathroom with an oversized stand-up shower. The light and bright living room offers ample seating and sliders that lead to the large deck. The deck offers great views into and out of the cove, and a dining table perfect for those evening dinners while you enjoy the ever-changing colors of the evening sky. Upstairs there is a spacious bedroom to the right with views of the cove. On the left is the bathroom with a stand-up shower and washer and dryer. Finally is a bedroom with a twin bed and a trundle bed. *Tours are only scheduled for approved applicants Fully furnished. No Smoking. Utilities not included.
