Gusta House Description Our home is 3 BDRM, 2 ½ bath, open concept, lake home (with seawall) on a .62 acre wooded lot. The interior was restructured and completely updated 2008-2011. The exterior now has added reclaimed cypress wood garage door and shutters, with new double front doors. All cabinetry has been painted and hardware replaced. All locks/knobs replaced on all doors. Utility has travertine flooring, W/D, utility sink, and built-in ironing board, also contains pantry. We also added a slip to our dock along with hard-scaping and landscape to the front and back yards. A stream was added in the back that draws water from the lake. There is a crawl space with a workshop and plenty of storage. This can also easily house a golf cart. A smaller deck adjacent to main deck houses a built in smoker and grill made with reclaimed cypress wood and granite. New HVAC system installed in 2011, new roof in 2009, new water heater 2019. This is not the same house that we bought. It has been completely renovated and updated.
