    Constructed in the 1930’s during the height of the Great Depression, the lore is that this little brick Cape was a pattern plan from Better Homes & Gardens in the late 20’s called The Provincetown, modified slightly from the original design (brick fronted, different windows, dormers & an attached garage (now a playroom).
