Just beyond the kitchen is a large family room with Queen Sleep Sofa, Flat screen TV and dining table to enjoy family meals. There is a side door to the spacious backyard with a small patio that offers outdoor furniture and gas barbecue grill. With both a front and back yard, there is plenty of room for kicking a ball, playing a game of badminton or even setting up a round of croquet! There is also a garage to store your beach stuff and bikes too. This home is privately located at the end of a dead end road-however convenient to downtown Dennisport with shops, restaurants such as Buckies and The Red Nun, Library, Organic food store, art galleries and nice area to stroll. Also near by the home are the lovely Harwich Conservation Walking Trails and the Cape Cod Bike Trail for all to enjoy.
