There is a also a hook up for a stackable washer/dryer, ceiling fans in every room, electric baseboard heat. Utilities are not included in rent. We do month to month leasing, so you can stay as little or as long as you like without the hassle of paperwork. Lease includes two parking spots (additional spots available but in a different parking lot and for an extra $50 a month). We pay for snow removal, landscaping, water. Tenant is only responsible for electricity (heat and hot water are electric). Pets allowed with an additional monthly fee and security deposit.
