You Must be employed and working at a job 5. You Must have a current landlord reference. 6. NO DRAMA I am looking for someone who is handy and keep up on things and fix them as needed. You must keep up on yard and have a lawn mower, rake etc..... this property sits in the woods so keeping up on the yard is what I am looking for. No storing junk on property like cars that don't run, or boats, garbage etc.... I am looking for someone who is clean and wont be a problem. I am looking for someone who can pay rent on time ALL the time. This is the Bear Lake that is just north of Manistee fyi... and not the one by Kalkaska. Place is ready for move in. All appliances are as is fyi.... there is a working washer and dryer, stove, and fridgerator. but I do Not warranty them nor fix them as I don't live there and know how long they will last. I am looking for someone who will treat this as their own house and keep up on everything, that's why I make the rent low.
