We have a studio available in Rio Homes. This would be for a lease through July 2025 or July 2026, whichever option is best for you. The studio sits above the garage and has NO adjoining walls. The studio is 550 sqft and has two sets of French doors that open to a standing balcony and provide a ton of light. The studio includes one space in the two car garage which is shared with the main unit. There is direct and private access to the studio via a stairway from the garage to the studio. The studio includes a full kitchen with a dishwasher, two ceiling fans in the living area - only one is shown in the photos but since was updated with two matching ceiling fans and blinds have been added to the four French doors - and a bathroom with a large shower. Unfortunately there are no laundry facilities on site. A pet will be considered although I do have some limitations based on our insurance. Utilities not included.
