"Basement Apartment" - Unfurnished - newly finished - contains everything you need with a full small kitchen, full laundry, 2 bedrooms with one having a walk-in closet and the other a normal closet and being attached the large bathroom - 6-minute walk to Super Walmart - best in Denver area IMHO, 2-minute walk to 2 Bus Stops, 2-minute walk to a ton of green space with walking trails, lake, big park. Lots of off-street parking next to the building - Common entrance to come into our home to get to the basement entrance - 1/2 mile from I-470 and right off of Bowles Ave - Despite being close to everything, it is actually very quiet. It does have a microwave and a small vacuum to use. This includes everything like utilities and the internet. No smoking, drugs, excessive drinking or loud parties, etc., please. We have a peaceful existence and are looking for the same. Please have good credit and a steady job. Also, we are looking for one person, preferably as it is a common entrance. There are 2 other tenants (total) that stay busy, and there is relatively little interaction, only because we have busy schedules. You do have an option for parking in the complex for a small monthly fee or off-street parking super close for free.
