The outside of the house was sealed with 100% asbestos sealer, and painted with Lowe's best paint available that works as a sealer as well. *Heating and Cooling: Oil furnace heat for original main floor, and electric wall heat in any additions we made during the renovation. These new electric wall heaters are an asset for quickly warming up a room. I was actually impresed by the new wall heaters. Electricity is cheape than oil. There are ceiling fans in most rooms and window air conditioners, if needed.
