Maximum of 2 pets allowed at the property. No smoking allowed inside house. Renter responsible for any damage that occurs within or around the premises of the home and will be expected to cover any and all damages if security deposit does not. Renter will be responsible for switching out air filters and lightbulbs when needed. Landlord/Property Mgmt will provide 24 hour notice before entering the property. This will include reasons of inspection, maintenance, and repair of home and any home related items. Only 4 cars at a time allowed on the lot. Noise ordinance begins at 10pm and ends at 8am. No loud music or outside noise during that time span. BBQ grill in the back must have tank turned off at all time unless in use. Renter will make sure lawn, front and back, will stay maintained during residency. Owner agrees to not increase rent once price is agreed. This includes even if the renter decides to renew their contract lease. Client will report to the owner any repairs or fixes to the home before leaving the residence.
