I'm looking for a 6 month lease term initially and then month-to-month but we can be flexible on lease term. The asking rent amount is a flat rate, all utilities/internet are included! The middle floor is a furnished common area, including 2 living rooms, fully stocked kitchen, dining room, and front/back yard access.
