Full size laundry is also on the top floor in 'spare bedroom' down the hallway. The house is a shared living situation but stays very quiet. I'm looking for a 6 month lease term initially and then month-to-month but we can be flexible on lease term. The asking rent amount is a flat rate, all utilities/internet are included! The middle floor is a furnished common area, including 2 living rooms, fully stocked kitchen, dining room, and front/back yard access. Close to RTD bus and train, Buckley, DIA, airport, highway, 225, DTC, Anschutz medical campus, Aurora, shopping, and a short commute to downtown or the south metro areas. We prefer a 6 month lease initially and then possibly going month to month after the 6 months.
