I have one room available in a 2 bed, 2.5 bath townhome located in Everett, close to Lake Stickney. The townhouse was built in 2018, so everything is in excellent condition. The room comes with it's own private bathroom. The room dimensions are approximately 12.5' x 11'. The common areas will be furnished, while you're bedroom will be unfurnished. If you are looking for a furnished room, I'm open to discussing it. There are some storage racks in the garage that are available to store some items, if you would like. Parking is either in the driveway or on the street. The townhouse has a balcony with a bbq and seating. There is also a small backyard. The I-5, 99, and 525 are all within close driving distance. All utilities are to be split evenly with me, including the internet. The house has 1Gig fiber internet, and when split the cost comes to $30/month. No smoking of any kind is allowed on the property. You will be required to provide income verification, a background check, and credit check. A roommate agreement will need to be signed.
