The final rate for the booking will be calculated by the dates you select. Please note that Jan/Feb/Mar is considered high-season and thus rates will be higher. The owners request a minimum stay of 3 months in/around high season. There will also be a one time $275.00 cleaning fee added to the rental charge. This home considers dogs. One small dog will be considered by owners for those guests staying 30+ nights. Cleaning fee for renters with pets will be $400.00
