This is a 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath two-story home with an additional 336 sq ft. bonus room above the attached garage that can be used as a craft room, home gym, playroom, or extra bedroom. It can also be used as a huge home office. The current tenants use it for a playroom and for homeschooling. The home is fully carpeted upstairs and hardwood/tile downstairs. It has a walk-in pantry, large cabinets, nicely-sized backyard (partially fenced), and stainless appliances. The upstairs thermostat is Alexa-enabled and can be voice controlled with a smart speaker or adjusted from a free phone app. Additionally, the kitchen hosts a stainless steel brand new smart Samsung refrigerator with a smart hub and screen mirroring capabilities, which is also Alexa and Bixby capable. Please do NOT disturb tenants. Home will not be available for viewing until February 2024. Pets are allowed. Only two pets are allowed. Both pets must not weigh more than 100 lbs. combined. There is a $250 nonrefundable pet fee per pet. Please clean up after your pets and do not allow them to run loose outside of the yard. However, off-leash play is allowed in the backyard. This is a six-month lease. Utilities are with PWC (electric), Aqua America (water), and Piedmont Natural Gas (gas for hot water only). The tenant is responsible for all utilities. However, an all-inclusive option is offered. (details below) The tenant is fully responsible for yard upkeep (raking, mowing, lawn care, etc.). Absolutely NO smoking is allowed inside the home, garage, attic, or internal dwelling of the home. Smoking must be done outside with proper disposal of butts, lighters, matches, etc. Do not leave anything like that outside on the porch, deck, or in the yard. There is plenty of parking in the driveway (nearly enough for four cars). You may also park in the two-car garage. Additionally, street parking is allowed (completely off of the grass), and tenants or tenant guests may street park at their own risk. Absolutely no parking in the grass. Tenant is responsible for minor maintenance and repairs (such as the replacement of a light bulb, etc.) equaling to or less than $50. Tenant is also responsible for repairing damage they or their guests have caused no matter the amount; however, normal wear and tear is fine. Any repairs or maintenance necessary due to no fault of the tenant above $50 shall be handled by the owner in a timely fashion. Tenant is responsible for keeping the home clean and free of pests. Tenant may choose to use current security system for additional monthly fees through the security company. This home is partially furnished with a smart flat screen TV, King-sized bed, toys, a few computer desks, a massage chair, and small entertainment center. These items can be included upon request for NO additional fees. Additionally, the smart refrigerator, oven, washer, and dryer are included. Utilities can also be included in the rent for qualified tenants. The monthly rent with included utilities is $2500/mo.
