The cabin features a non-smoking, pet-free environment with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a Keurig Pod coffee pot, toaster, dishwasher, and all necessary cooking utensils. The living room offers comfortable seating for six guests, a gas fireplace, Internet TV service, Satellite Cable, DVD Blu-Ray player, Smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The outdoor space includes a gas propane grill, barbeque grill space, fire ring, chairs for six around the fire pit, a hot tub, and a spacious deck with rocking chairs and a dining table. The driveway is long and made of gravel, providing plenty of parking for multiple vehicles. Motorcycles are not recommended due to the gravel drive, but the driveway and yard are mostly flat. No parking on the grass. HazelBrook Haven is located just 25 minutes from the heart of the Red River Gorge, a prime location for nature enthusiasts and adventure seekers. You can explore the stunning rock formations, hike scenic trails, or try your hand at rock climbing. The area also offers opportunities for kayaking, zip-lining, and wildlife watching. After a day of adventure, return to the comfort of HazelBrook Haven to relax and recharge. Check-in begins at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am. Arriving early or departing late will result in additional charges. No events, parties, or large gatherings are allowed. Guests must be at least 18 years old to book. A minimum of $350 per pet will be charged for pets brought to non-pet-friendly cabins or for pets that were not pre-approved. Occasionally, guests may experience weather conditions or power outages that are out of the host's control. The hosts will do all they can to assist but are not responsible for issues beyond their control. The owners make every effort to keep the hot tubs functioning perfectly, as they are the most requested amenity. However, mechanical problems may occur that cannot be resolved quickly in this remote area and no refunds are made if this occurs.
