Unlimited WIFI and coin operated washers and dryers. AC is an additional $15.00 per week, we provide window AC. Tenant is required to sign up with Rent Manager where weekly payments can be made. NO SMOKING/VAPING OR PETS ALLOWED, NO EXCEPTIONS. Smoking area in back. This is monitored by security cameras. Must give 2 weeks notice when leaving. Weekly rent runs from Saturday at noon to the following Friday. Rent is due every Saturday by noon. Note: Some months have 5 weeks. Weekly rate is $215.00 per week. Tenants are REQUIRED to give 2 weeks notice when leaving.
