Just bring your clothing and move right in. Very safe and secure building with dead bolt locks and cameras on site. Only tenants with keys can enter. This is a three-year lease, and you must show proof of employment for the last six months. You must pay for the background, financial and 911 checks. I would not be able to run a background check on any guests, and therefore no sleep overs are permitted in the apartment. There is also a $40 deposit for the keys.
