Violations may result in cancellation of booking and removal from the property without refund. A strict no-party policy is enforced, with cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If a party occurs, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property without refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited on this property, including balconies and in or around the building. A fine of $500 will be imposed for any signs of smoking. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, with a non-refundable cleaning fee applicable. A $500 fee will be charged if pets are brought without prior notification. Early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25/hour, with a $500 late check-out fee if not arranged in advance. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee.
