Extra linens are provided for you in the linen closet. The Master Suite has a sliding glass door that leads to a private patio furnished with a bistro table and chairs, a bench and an area rug, a perfect place for enjoying your morning coffee, sitting in the warm California sun or as a mediation space. Utilities are on for water, trash, electricity, gas, high speed wi-fi. All you need to bring here is your suitcase, we provide everything you need. This is truly your home away from home. The condo is all one level, on the ground floor and has central air conditioning and heating, an indoor washer dryer, and a detached single car garage with remote control. Parking is provided for one vehicle in the garage. For a second vehicle a parking pass is required and can be provided on request. This property is super popular because it is located across the street from Peters Canyon, a very popular park for hiking. Also located nearby to Irvine Regional Park a short five minute drive.
