Appliances are property of owner but may be used by tenant. If fridge, microwave, stove, washer and/or dryer go out, it is the responsibility of the tenant to replace. This lease is for only the renters listed on the lease only. Renter pays all utilities which will be in their own name. No pets or smoking allowed. If they have pets approved and listed on lease there is $500 non refundable deposit. Rent is $1175/mth and a $1175 security deposit is required. After 5 days there will be a $25 late fee. Rent is due on the 1st of every month. Tenants are responsible for garbage, lawn care and snow removal.
