I'm a medical student at the University of Bridgeport. I just bought this house, which has two private apartments each with separate entrances. Living in the upstairs apartment is myself and my roommate, another medical student. The house is a 5 minute walk to the University of Bridgeport Library, and about a 10 minute walk to seaside park. The neighborhood is filled with students, many of my classmates, and is safe (despite there being a Bridgeport housing project close by). I walk to class almost every day. If weather is bad I take the free university transportation service, which drop-off/pick-up right at our front door! I'm renting the bottom floor apartment for $1000 / month. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, kitchen, and 1 bathroom. Perfect for 2-3 people.The living room opens to a large porch, and a nice fenced in, grassy yard. Newly renovated, new carpets, and just installed a home security system. I'm looking for other students, school faculty, or working professionals preferably.
