Multi surface disinfectant is being applied to all surfaces including door handles, light switches, stair handrails, garage and TV remotes, furniture, countertops, tables, chairs, etc. All of our laundry is done by our own team in our own commercial-grade facility. We clean at high heat with hydrogen peroxide in our detergent. Prior to all guest arrivals, we perform a second round of disinfecting. We maintain a minimum 72 hour vacancy period between guests.
