The living room with gas fireplace, large kitchen, master bed and bath, laundry and half bath are all on the ground floor. Two full sized bedrooms and a large jack-and-jill bathroom are located upstairs. Complex has a pool and a workout room and is located adjacent to Broomfield Commons open space, Broomfield rec center and multiple restaurants. No smoking or vaping of any kind allowed. First months rent and refundable security deposit due at time of signing. Pets require a $30/month fee. Renter pays water, gas and electricity. Owner pays trash and HOA fees. Some foundation repairs are expected within the next year or two. Intrusion should be minimal but for any days that require any significant intrusion into your living (moving furniture, having to stay in another room, having to leave the house) you will pay no rent. These days must be discussed and agreed upon ahead of time. Home owner reserves the right to inspect the home once per month with 48 hours notice.
