Tenant responsible for electric, pellet stove pellets, snow clearing as needed, and trash. Owner maintains well & septic. Allowed 1 dog max. weight 20lbs with additional $350 deposit. $3400 security deposit includes $500 cleaning deposit and $150 administrative fee. Smoking/Vaping allowed on exterior of home only.
