Hello All, we are a growing family and are looking for someone to take over our lease. We will be out by the 1st of June so we will need someone that would be able to take over the lease pretty immediately. The carpet was brand new when we moved in about 6 months ago and is still perfect. There are no stains we have taken well care of the apartment. This unit has a dishwasher, garbage disposal, A/C and heaters. It decently sized at 880 square feet. This community has a pool, grassy area, and BBQ's. As for parking we have a garage that we pay $75.00 per month for and a parking space that is included with our rent. Electric is in tenants name and water/trash/sewage is through the management company. Must provide rental insurance for liability. Deposit is dependent on credit. Must have verifiable income.
