Professional pool table and TV in the basement. 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Fireplace in the family room and in the master bedroom( propane and is the responsibilty of the renter). Renter pays for electric and is responsible for snow plowing needs. There are two propane fireplaces. The propane is the responsibility of the renter. The heating system is geo thermal.
