$300 monthly rental fee, with water and electric paid separately to the City of Tallahassee. These costs are split among the tenants, along with our high speed internet. Washer and dryer have their own room. 4 tenants, and the only 1.5 bath is already shared by two. Two rooms are up for rent (one on ground floor with tile flooring, the other on the second floor with carpet flooring), each with their own full bath. We also have a small, well behaved kitten. Pets are welcome (any size), however there is a one-time-only $200 pet fee to our landlord. We also do recycling. The town home is no more than a 15 minute drive from Florida State University, near a Publix and Winn Dixie. There is a nice nature trail and a dog park with a lake nearby (about 5 minutes on foot).
