There is an LG TV and a dedicated work table with a closet and drawers cupboard. The laundry room is behind the unit and is shared with the upstairs guests. Please note that there is another unit located upstairs so you might be able to hear the footsteps if there are guests staying upstairs. Gated access with the provided code when you check in. The studio is on the first floor. There is free street parking available and you are able to park at the driveway in front of the garage door. There are plenty of trees around the house. There is also a toddler park, a children's playground, and a nice open park near the house.
