Welcome to the Greenhouse Getaway! Our beautiful 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home is situated in a gated community within a quiet neighborhood in Garden Grove, Ca. The community features designated covered parking, as well as a simple pool and hot tub with outdoor restrooms and shower. Look out over the pool area from our oversized patio featuring a grill and outdoor seating. Our home has been professionally designed with your stay in mind. We have done our best to ensure your stay with us is as enjoyable and convenient as possible. It is furnished with a leather sofa, velvet accent chair, large entertainment unit with 55" Smart TV, Cable & High Speed Internet, Desk/workspace, round dining table seating 4, and fully stocked kitchen. Chefs Kitchen: Our kitchen has every convenience a home chef dreams of. It includes: -Dishwasher -Microwave -French door style refrigerator/freezer -Reverse Osmosis Water Filter -Dishware, Glassware, and Silverware for 4 -Cookware including pots, pans, & bakeware -Brand new ultra sharp chefs knife set, and several knife sharpeners for that clean cut! -Serving Utensils -Kitchen gadgets such as zester, garlic press, pizza cutter, cheese grater, and more! -Glass food storage set -Coffee Pot & Coffee Grinder -Blender -Food Processor - Air Fryer -Electric Mixer -Wafflemaker -Toaster Where you will sleep: Primary Bedroom: Our primary bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed, luxuriously soft hotel quality linens, 2 nightstands with Storage, a large 6 drawer dresser, a 10 ft long closet with PLENTY of space, and a separate vanity located adjacent to and connecting to the main bathroom. Window treatments are blackout linen draperies PLUS sheer draperies- block out that light for a comfortable sleep or expose the sheers to let a little light in, while maintaining privacy. Second Bedroom: Our second bedroom is furnished with a velvet upholstered Full size bed, plush pillows, luxuriously soft hotel quality linens, a reading chair near the window, a bench for convenience when dressing, and a tall chest of drawers with minimal hanging space in the closet. Window treatments in this room are also blackout velvet draperies PLUS sheer draperies for comfort and convenience. Bathroom: Our main bathroom includes: -Tub/Shower combo w/ Sliding Glass Door -Bath Towels, Tubmats, Hand Towels, Washcloths, & Makeup Removing Cloths Provided -Toilet furnished with a bidet seat -Single vanity Adjacent to the master bedroom, is a second vanity and additional storage accessed by the master bedroom. The separate vanity area connects to the main bathroom via its own door with lock. Cable and high speed WiFi are included. 2 assigned covered parking spots are included. Small dogs ok- less than 40 pounds and 2 dogs MAX. No cats allowed. Pet deposit is $100/pet for the duration of the lease.
