The neighborhood is upscale, safe, and quiet, with wonderful neighbors, walking trails and many shopping options nearby. This is our home (renting it due to temporary work relocation). The house is spotless clean, meticulously maintained, and it has been recently repainted and the flooring replaced, so it is in new-like condition. Owner pays for lawncare, landscaping, trash collection, exterior cleaning and maintenance of the property. Tenant is responsible for electric and water/sewer. Security deposit required. We will perform employment, background, and credit checks. Must be currently employed, have outstanding credit (with a minimum credit score of 700) and a clean background history to enter contract. We may also request references from current or previous landlords. 12-month minimum lease term (rent is negotiable for longer lease terms). A $95 application fee is required prior to processing the application to cover administrative costs.
