It is located about a mile off the Round Lake Road exit on hwy 127. A mile from a Meijer. its about 20 Minutes from MSU or Downtown Lansing. There is a community basement with a free washer and dryer that is shared. Each unit get a 6x8 storage crib. A car port, for one car. Heat and Garbage is included. A fibre optic internet line has been installed. The service is payed for by one of the tenants, its 30$ a month to log onto it. its as fast as it gets and you can stream anything. The apartment has a new paint job. New vinyl flooring in kitchen and bath. Its a nice quiet place to live, with very nice people. I does have well water, but I have a good water softener that gets serviced every month. 1 year minimal. prefer 2 year. I dont raise rent for 3 years .Then 100$. every 3 years
