If your credit is bad, I wont rent to you. 650 is a minimum. No evictions. No more than 2 people can live here. A nice 2 bedroom apartment on 2nd floor of a small 5 unit apartment. Very quiet. Located on the north edge of dewitt, right off the round lake road exit. Very nice people live in the building. It sits on over 1.5 acres. Very much country living, without being way out. 5 minutes to a Meijer store. I pay heat, garbage. Tennant pays electric and cable tv and wifi. Im extremely picky who I rent to. Must have very good credit, job history, etc. Have to fill.out the zillow rental application or I wont even consider you. I will upload pics this weekend after my final cleaning. 1 year.
