We will be moving very shortly and this property will be available the first week of September. Currently, my parents live in the back and it's been a great experience having family so close. The Front house is 1,650 sq/ft 3 bedroom 2 bath, 2 car garage, a large back area with artificial turf and will be going for $2,650/month (Water included!) The back house is 1,350 sq/ft 3 bedroom 2 bath, covered parking, large storage shed in the back large back yard with garden boxes, and a brick patio and will be going for $2,450 (water included!). Owner pays for water in both houses. Owner pays for general yard maintenance. Renter responsible for electricity in the front house and the back house. The front house has solar on it which comes to $100/month plus SDG&E's annual charge which is relatively low. During summer, the A/C can be ran all the time with solar without having a large electric bill. Since the back house is new everything is very efficient, generally the SDG&E bill is around $40/month for the back house
