The upstairs features a large master bedroom with its own full bathroom and walk-in closet. The bathroom has a jet-tub and a separate standing shower, heated tile floors, marble counters, dual sinks. The windows from the bedroom and bathroom are facing the backyard, with perfect privacy (no house behind this one, just tall trees) The other two bedrooms are also located upstairs and share a second full bathroom. Dual sinks with marble countertop and plenty of drawers. The ground floor has an easy flow with a spacious living-room, dinning-room, family-room, and kitchen. The living-room has a gas fireplace, bay windows and high ceiling. The family-room has a beautiful gas fireplace as well. The kitchen is perfect for entertaining! It features marble counters, plenty of cabinet spaces, pantry, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher. There is also a microwave/convection and oven/convection combo. Sub-Zero large fridge. Washer and dryer in separate small room in the hallway. A guest half bath is easily accessible from the hallway. Hi-efficiency furnace and central AC. The property has a mature front yard and backyard. Part of the back-yard is completely fences. The tenant will be responsible to maintain the landscape in good shape. For everybody's safety, the following Covid safety rules are obligatory: * you need an appointment to see the house. We are showing it only on 1/24/21 for now. * we will allow up to 15 minutes for the visit (if another family is scheduled afterwards) * you must wear a mask over your nose and mouth at all times. We do not provide masks. * you must wear disposable gloves. We will provide nitrile gloves. If you have other requirements, please bring your own gloves. * you must wear booties over the shoes (will be provided) If this ad is up, the house is still available. The rent is $2400/month. Refundable deposit - $2400. Tenant pays all utilities and takes care of the yard. Moving costs: first month of rent ($2400) + deposit ($2400) + last month ($2400, can be split over 3 months if needed). Moving costs are due when lease is signed. The application fee is $60 per adult, non-refundable, paid directly to Alliance2020, the company that conducts the verification process. We check potential tenants thoroughly, including background, credit, employment and income, housing history references. We have high standards which are applied equally to all applicants. One dog could be allowed with additional conditions: $500 additional refundable deposit, $50/month additional rent, we must meet the dog and get references from your previous landlord. No cats or large fish tanks.
