Refundable deposit - $2400. Tenant pays all utilities and takes care of the yard. Moving costs: first month of rent ($2400) + deposit ($2400) + last month ($2400, can be split over 3 months if needed). Moving costs are due when lease is signed. The application fee is $60 per adult, non-refundable, paid directly to Alliance2020, the company that conducts the verification process. We check potential tenants thoroughly, including background, credit, employment and income, housing history references. We have high standards which are applied equally to all applicants. One dog could be allowed with additional conditions: $500 additional refundable deposit, $50/month additional rent, we must meet the dog and get references from your previous landlord. No cats or large fish tanks.
