Hew folks - I've been real busy making this place like new again. Start with the ceiling - all popcorn removed and freshly painted with new fixtures. Then the walls and trim - all painted in nice neutral paint. New blinds on all the windows. All of the electrical receptacles have been replaced. And the floor? That's new too, with wood tile in most areas and carpet in bedrooms. All of the shelving is new. The pantry sparkles. In progress this week I have two more items. One is to repaint all of the doors and put new hardware on them. And second I am have new counter tops and hardware installed.
