Updated and fresh basement apartment in my townhome. Well lit and cool in the summer. Living/dining area with TV and kitchen table, separate bedroom with full-size bed. The bathroom has a shower and is remodeled as well. You would also have access to the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Kitchenette with small coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, and full-size fridge. (No cooking or baking facilities available.) This is a very quiet home and neighborhood and I am looking for a renter who is also quiet and who works or goes to school out of the home. Close to Red Rocks Community College, Grocery Stores, Dining, Train Station, Green Mountain Open Space, and St. Anthony's Hospital. I am the homeowner and occupy the top two floors of the home. I have a cat who mainly stays upstairs. I would consider a quiet dog. This is a private and quiet townhome and only the renter will be allowed on the premises without prior written permission by homeowner. Length of terms are negotiable, I am looking for 3-6 months but may be willing to extend and/or be flexible for the right fit. I am looking for a quiet and active tenant who works and is busy outside the home. If you have outside gear, I have extra storage inside the front door so you don't have to drag it to the basement. It would easily fit skis, a bike, or a paraglider. There is also a treadmill in the basement that you are welcome to use. There are no cooking facilities other than the microwave and toaster oven so the space is not suitable for people who love to cook. There is a pool for the summer months and the potential for a garden space too. Non-smoker, no illegal drugs, no weed smoking in the home. I have a cat who does not like other cats. I have a pet gate at the top of the stairs and I would consider the right dog. (If you have a standard poodle, you get bonus points.)
