Carrington Greene is where my Aunt's called home for the last 10 years. I bought the house for them to live in and they thoroughly enjoyed the community. Unfortunately, both of them have passed on. The community has a "no renting/leasing policy" (the HOA grandfathered my aunt's in since they were living in the unit before the policy was created), therefore I need to sell this wonderful patio home. The home offers 3 bedrooms, eat-in kitchen, spacious living room, master suite with attached office, beautiful garden, 2 car garage, separate laundry room, and more. I just had the home painted in neutral tones, top to bottom. All doors, trim, ceilings and walls were painted! It's a beautiful home and we are excited for someone else to enjoy it as my Aunt's did.
