This is an attached apartment to a main home, so pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on how they interact with small children and other dogs. Tenant is responsible for helping to maintain back yard. Parking - there are two spaces available. One pad parking spot out front and an additional in the main driveway area, as long as it does not obstruct the garage use by the owner. Tenant Screening Reports: Owner will accept a reusable tenant screening report ran within the most recent 30 days if it contains all necessary information.
