2018 rebuilt after fire that was a total loss except for the stonework. Kitchen now has about 52 sq ft of granite counter tops which includes the bar top. Under cabinet lighting and added 2 full height pantries and cabinets along the 1 wall that had none before. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms, livingroom, kitchen, and dining area. Back porch 12x24 closed in and carpeted. Also have a 12x20 ft bard style shed with lofts on both ends. Basement is 80% finished with drywall, carpet, drop ceiling and climate controlled.
