This was built in 1910 as a 2BR, 1 bath. My grandparents bought is in 1944 (for $2500). They lifted up house in the 50's, built the 2 apartments on first floor and renovated everything else. We inherited it in 2003 then completely gutted it and updated and remodeled it. Neighborhood Description This is the first historical district in Santa Rosa. Was known as Little Italy. Near Railroad Square and downtown, and Santa Rosa Plaza. Franco American bakery right around the corner.
