Fully furnished and all utilities included: central AC/Heat, wireless internet, cable television (two TVs), fully outfitted kitchen (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, etc.), all bedding (sheets, pillows, etc.), washer and dryer, etc. - In other words, everything needed to stay except food and drinks and your own clothes. - No housekeeping service during stay. - No smoking or pets allowed inside the house. - Patrolled 24/7/365 by Centenary Police. - Overlooks the beautiful Centenary campus. $50/night or $1,500/month - for a fully furnished and all utilities paid house! - 3 night minimum ($150)- no maximum. - $100 per person refundable security/cleaning/key deposit required for a 7+ night stay. All payments due in advance of stay (if stay is long-term, weekly or monthly advanced payments required).
