Credit Checks Will Be Run on All Applicants We are looking for a 650 score or better. Rental History Check We are looking for tenants who are going to pay their rent, follow their lease and stay for their entire lease term.
Criminal Background Check A background check can turn up any history of criminal activity. We reserve the right to deny tenants who have been convicted of a crime that could endanger the safety of other tenants, such as drug dealing.
Security Deposit Amount Required Is equal to one month rent and will be returned on walk through at the end of the lease.
Pets No Cats We do allow one medium size dog - $50 pet rent per month and a $450 no refundable pet fee. We need to meet the dog in person. (We are dog people.)
We need to make sure that you are qualified before we do a showing out of respect to the current tenants, you don't need to pay for any background checks unless you are selected.
